Who We Help

  • Who We Help

At Get Whitt Therapy, we hold space for people who are navigating relationships—with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. If you're tired of performing, carrying the emotional load, or wondering if your story is too complicated to share—you’re not alone, and you’re in the right place.

We work with individuals, couples, and families—especially those within queer and BIPOC communities—who are looking for a space that feels honest, culturally aware, and deeply relational. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting therapy. If you’re willing to show up, we’ll figure it out together.

  • You Might Be Here If

You're questioning how you show up in your relationships and want to reconnect with yourself or others.

You’ve been carrying the emotional labor in your family or partnership and you’re tired.

You're trying to work through a rupture—something that broke your trust, your confidence, or your sense of safety.

You're moving through grief, heartbreak, or a major life transition.

You’re deconstructing parts of your identity, spirituality, or values and need a space that honors your process.

You want therapy that sees your culture, your queerness, your fullness—not something to work around, but something to work with.

  • What We Focus On
