Services

  • At Get Whitt Therapy, we approach healing through a systemic lens—which means we don’t just look at individual symptoms or isolated problems. We explore the patterns, relationships, histories, and environments that shape how you live, love, and connect. Whether you're coming as an individual, a couple, or a family, therapy with us is about making space for your full story, including the cultural, relational, and generational dynamics that brought you here.

All sessions are virtual and offered Monday through Friday.

    Payment & Insurance

At this time, Get Whitt Therapy is private pay only. As a provisionally licensed therapist (LMFT-Associate), I am not able to accept insurance, but I do provide superbills for reimbursement. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions: Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health? Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me? How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? What percentage of the fee do you cover?

This allows me to work with clients more flexibly, without the restrictions or diagnostic requirements often required by insurance companies. It also ensures your therapy stays between us—centered on your needs, not a checklist. Although, I do not accept insurance but can provide superbills to submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you are entitled to according to your out of network benefits.
